This is a hands-on role within a small, professional team.You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, drawing on your hospitality experience to ensure all maintenance requirements are met to a high standard. This role is ideal for an Assistant Maintenance Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a prestigious establishment.Required Assistant Maintenance Manager Experience: Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification IOSH / NEBOSH Desirable Electrics, plumbing, painting, decorating and general maintenance knowledge Previous Hotel environment experience desirable Exceptional standards of service Flexible to work early and late shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays, with availability for emergency call-outs.
