Deliver teaching and assessment in Health and Social Care at levels 1-5Ensure that each student progresses and succeeds within their chosen courseUndertake necessary administrative tasks associated with your role, including learner registration, attendance, record keeping, tracking, and reporting, as well as liaison with parents and guardiansProvide pre- and on-course guidance, including conducting learner interviewsTake overall responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups, including arranging support requirements for studentsRole Requirements
Vocational qualification at level 3 or above (Health and Social Care)Appropriate level teaching qualification (or willing to work towards)Ability to deliver to students at all levels and abilities and to use flexible and innovative methods of deliveryAble to develop effective links with industry/commerce and promote a positive imageA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people receiving education and trainingBenefits
