Hold either a recognised Assessor Award or Teaching qualification.

Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.

Experience of classroom-based training.

Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Management level.

Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

Flexibility with travel.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.

Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.

Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews.

Organise and maintain documentation on learners'' progress.

Support, advise, and motivate learners.

Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners'' needs.

Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.

Personal Skills:

Strong organisational skills and effective time management.

Confident, professional, and able to inspire and motivate others.

Quality-driven and willing to go the extra mile for learners.
