The role will involve advising insolvency office holders, directors, creditors, and debtors, with exposure to both contentious and advisory work.Your responsibilities will include acting on corporate and personal insolvency matters, antecedent transactions, director disqualification, administrations, and pre-pack sales, winding-up and bankruptcy petitions, and asset realisation.
