This is a great opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, learning support staff, or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience in primary education.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant with PK Education, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils reach their full potential. Roles may involve working with whole classes, small intervention groups, or providing one-to-one support for pupils who need additional assistance.

Assignments can range from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements depending on your availability and experience.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning
• Assist with classroom preparation and activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Provide additional support for pupils with varying learning needs
• Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and proactive attitude
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references covering the last two years
