This would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of how finance operates, challenging existing approaches and turning recommendations into improvements that people can see.You''ll work with CFOs and senior finance leaders on programmes that change how their teams operate, plan and make decisions. That could mean redesigning a finance operating model, improving month-end processes, strengthening forecasting or helping an organisation understand and manage its costs more effectively.You''ll take ownership of workstreams, working with clients to understand where the challenges sit, build a clear case for change and deliver practical solutions. The role combines analysis, advisory work and hands-on delivery, so you''ll need to be comfortable moving from the numbers to the bigger picture - and bringing stakeholders with you.There''s also scope to influence how the team develops.
