Cover Supervisors Needed for FLEXIBLE Work Across East London & Essex

Principal Education is looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Havering, Brentwood, Thurrock, Basildon, Barking & Dagenham.

These are flexible daily supply opportunities, giving you the choice to work around your availability, with opportunities for longer-term placements also available.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive, safe and productive learning environment.

You won''t be expected to plan lessons, but you''ll play an important role in supporting students'' learning, behaviour and engagement.

What You MUST demonstrate:

• Right to work in the UK
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence working with secondary-aged students
• Ability to support pupils with SEN
• Calm, adaptable and confident approach
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• Overseas police clearance if you have lived abroad for 6+ months in the last 5 years
• Based in or within a commutable distance of East London or Essex

• £110–£140 per day, depending on experience
