And we cant achieve this without the great team who put fantastic customer service at the heart of everything they do.Responsibilities:Provide group and private lessons where requested or required, delivering a high standard of swim instruction at all times ensuring learners are excited and engaged.Liaise with the Swim Supervisor to ensure that all learners are placed in the appropriate swim session for their ability and personalityHost and attend presentations and award ceremonies which recognise learner achievementCarry out pool supervision at peak times or as requiredSupport the Pavilion team in managing the flow of swimmers through the club to minimise disruption and changing room congestionRequirements:Hold a Level 2 Swimming Instruction Certification and maintain a current National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) qualification and membership of the Institute of Swimming to ensure best practice and compliance.Teach and operate in line with ASA best practice guidelines.Previous experience in a swimming instructor role.Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guestsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety guests and colleaguesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Competitive salary packageCompany pension scheme
