General ManagerResponsibilitiesEnsuring lessons are effectively delivered.Provide an enjoyable experience for our members.Accurately complete records to track attendance and development.Work closely with Swim management to reach your targets.Help develop the commercial success of the swim programme.Planning swim ming lessons that take into account students abilities and progressive development.Identifying incorrect swim ming techniques and correcting students accordingly.Ensure sessions run to time.Assisting customers with enquiries in a friendly and effective mannerProfessional Attributes:STA level 2 certificate in teaching swim ming or Swim England (ASA) level 2 certificate in teaching swim ming.Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.Flexibility as lessons take place in the am/pm, weekends are also required to meet the needs of the business.The ability to work as part of a team.The ability to deliver high quality service with minimal supervision.DBS certificate holder or be able to provide information to enable this to be obtained prior to start date.Desirably hold SEQ LEVEL 2 - Teaching Swim ming to Babies and Toddlers or equivalentDesirably hold a valid NPLQ (lifeguard) qualification.Experience of achieving results and making a difference to customersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From £25.00 per hourExpected hours: 1
