near Middlesborough .Overseeing activities such as production support, servicing, commissioning and FAT, new product introduction (NPI), introducing new equipment and technologies, achieving departmental KPI''s, etc.Championing a culture of

continuous improvement

and constantly reviewing ways to improve quality and efficiency for the operation. Also leading on safety and compliance.Salary is

up to GBP58,000

depending on your skills and experience, with an
