Engineering Manager (Identity Team)

A leading tech and data company are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee their Identity team. This is a permanent role and can be based in either Peterborough or London (whichever is preferred) 10 days per month, rest from home.

Tech stack within team - .NET, MongoDB, AWS SNS, AWS SNS SMS, Gitlab, React

Responsibilities:Align team efforts with strategic objectives and setting clear goalsMonitor team performance and encourage continuous learningEngage in technical discussions, architecture meetings, code reviews, and design sessions to learning foster a cultureBe able to integrate robust security practices into the development lifecycle, managing technical debt, balancing immediate project needs with long-term system health and maintainabilityHave effective communication skills to ensure transparency and alignment at all levels

Experience required:Strong technical background in related discipline (Identity)Analytical, negotiation and organization skills
