The CompanyA growing but well-established business based near High Wycombe is looking for an organised and proactive individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy and supportive environment within a company that continues to grow and develop within its sector. Due to their location, you are required to have your own transport. (Local to High Wycombe/Marlow/Stokenchurch/Beaconsfield).The RoleWorking closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination, planning, and day-to-day administration of business activities and operational processes. Responsibilities will include:Coordinating schedules, documentation, and communications across multiple teams Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure activities are progressing smoothly Preparing and maintaining trackers, records, reports, and internal systems Monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding actions or updates Supporting communication and handovers between departments and stakeholders Assisting with contracts, approvals, and general administrative processes Supporting reporting, forecasting, and planning activities where required Helping to ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous administration, coordination, or operational support experience and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.
