Role Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Property Manager to join a busy Residential Property Management team in Oxford. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle, from check-in and ongoing management through to check-out and deposit negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the full tenancy lifecycle. Deal efficiently and professionally with issues arising during tenancies. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Manage property check-ins and check-outs, including inventories and schedules of condition. Conduct six-monthly property inspections and provide landlords with updates on the condition of their properties. Promptly communicate with tenants regarding any required actions or works. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates on maintenance and accounts matters.
