You''ll be joining a team of four Property Managers collectively responsible for their fully managed properties, with a defined role and dedicated support from our pre-tenancy and credit control teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional Property Management service. Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you''ll be responsible for the ongoing management of your portfolio from move-in through to the end of the tenancy. You''ll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed, compliant and that issues are dealt with efficiently.
