Customer Service RepresentativeSector: Manufacturing Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months + Working Pattern: Full TimeWe are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing client who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and customer-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high standard of service.The RoleYou will support the day-to-day operations of the customer service function, acting as a key point of contact for customers and working closely with internal teams to ensure orders, payments, and customer data are managed accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders from set-up through to confirmation, ensuring correct pricing, documentation, and payment statusChase missing information, proforma payments, and blocked orders to minimise delaysMaintain and update customer master data, including consignee and logistics informationCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order status, quotations, and delivery date changesComplete order checks for key accounts to ensure accuracy and service qualityLog and resolve after-sales queries, including processing credits where requiredSupport supplier and internal documentation processes, including questionnairesAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProa
