You''ll be working on:Project Management and Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition and Project Monitoring.Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.Our clients vary from corporate occupiers and SMEs, to private equity investors and landlords.You''ll also contribute to the success and growth of the wider business, including business development, pitching for new business, networking and PR.Who we''re looking for:A highly competent surveyor who provides an exceptional standard of service.A confident leader who can train and mentor junior colleagues.Someone effective in maintaining and growing client relationships.Someone experienced in presenting and pitching for new business.Someone with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.Someone who is confident and able to represent the business at industry events.Technical RequirementsA minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.Type:PermanentStart Date:asap
