You will play a key role in shaping the culture, systems and standards of the service while ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people.The RoleAs Registered Service Manager, you will:Lead the registration and launch of the service with the Care Inspectorate.Develop policies, procedures and operational systems.Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the service.Recruit, develop and support a skilled and motivated staff team.Ensure safeguarding, child protection and risk management processes are robust and effective.Work closely with local authorities, placing teams and external professionals.Promote trauma-informed, child-centred and relationship-based care.Maintain compliance with Scottish legislation, Care Inspectorate requirements and Health and Social Care Standards.Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children and young people.About YouYou will ..... full job details .....
