Our client is a well-established charity who has passionate staff dedicated to their mission - supporting children to transfer their lives.

They are currently seeking an interim Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to the CEO. This is a dynamic and interesting role, involving strategic diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and liasion with with key contacts across a range of networks.

The ideal candidate will be:

• An experienced Executive Assistant - prior support of a CEO or equivalent is essential.
• Have the ability to own, organise and prioritise multiple tasks effectively, while managing reactive and proactive work, and tight deadlines.
• Have strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders with professionalism.
• Is a fast learner - able to pick up information quickly and adapt to change.
• Can enact discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• Reflect a commitment to the charity''s vision, mission, values and approach.
