HR Advisor 34,000 Full time but will consider 4 days per Week Predominantly Remote Bristol Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next contract opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven organisation for an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on support during a busy period of organisational change. This is a permanent role working predominantly remotely, with travel to the Bristol office approximately one day per week as required. The Role Working within a friendly and experienced HR team, you will provide pragmatic, but sensitive HR support across the full employee lifecyle. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance issues. Providing advice and coaching to managers on HR best practice and UK employment legislation. Supporting employee consultations and organisational change activities. Assisting with TUPE and restructuring processes where required. Preparing HR documentation, letters and case files, ensuring legal compliance and consistency. Building strong relationships with managers to deliver practical HR solutions and a high-quality HR service. About You Previous experience in a generalist HR role with strong Employee Relations exposure. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
