This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator to gain experience within a fast-paced warehouse and transport environment.The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring customer and warehouse requirements are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing FSL requests promptly and communicating urgent requirements with management.Managing goods-in processes and systematically planned trunks.Creating booking slots for new stock inbound.Preparing pre-advices for warehouse stock.Raising outbound orders for warehouse picking.Shipping collected and delivered orders.Raising transport jobs and collection notes.Costing transport jobs.Requesting stock to be returned to inventory after 30 days in FSL.Reporting discrepancies to the relevant customers and departments.Completing trackers and reports.Uploading and distributing logs to suppliers and customers.Liaising with internal and external customers.Leading weekly customer calls and highlighting issues or discrepancies.Maintaining accurate manual and electronic records using systems ..... full job details .....
