This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple payrolls, and delivering a high level of accuracy and service.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls across a varied employee baseManaging employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, payroll amendments, and leaver processingMaintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring employee data is up to date at all timesCalculating and processing salaries, overtime, commissions, bonuses, expenses, and other payroll adjustmentsAdministering statutory payments and deductions in line with current legislationPreparing and submitting payroll information to HMRC, including RTI reporting requirementsManaging PAYE, National Insurance, pension contributions, and auto-enrolment obligationsInvestigating and resolving payroll queries promptly, providing a professional service to employees and clientsLiaising with HMRC, pension providers, and other external bodies where necessaryEnsuring full compliance with payroll legislation, GDPR regulations, and internal controlsSupporting process ..... full job details .....
