Sous Chef requirements:

• We are looking for a Sous Chef with a proven track record working in award winning restaurants, hotels or members clubs.
• The ideal Sous Chef will have a strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
• The successful applicant will need to be confident working with high quality and high volume. You will be required to lead a team of 30 chefs through a busy service.
• A sous Chef with a hands-on approach and who leads by example.
