This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape alumni engagement and legacy giving within a thriving educational community. The Alumni Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in developing an engaged and mutually beneficial global alumni community. Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead on alumni relations and legacy giving, ensuring alumni feel informed, valued, recognised and celebrated. This is a hands-on role requiring strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent organisational ability. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the alumni relations strategy across all age groups, acting as the primary point of contact and cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Plan and deliver a programme of alumni and donor events (in-person and online), managing logistics, budgets, evaluations and post-event reporting. Develop and oversee engaging multi-channel communications, including e-newsletters, magazines, impact reports, website content and social media. Drive engagement initiatives for recent leavers and young alumni, including interviews, profile building and collaboration with the alumni association and archivist. Manage and maintain the Raiser''s Edge (or similar CRM) database, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and the production of financial and analytical reports. Grow and stew
