Clinical Safety Officer - NHSESR2 are recruiting an experienced Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) to support a major healthcare programme. You''ll lead on clinical safety across digital products, ensuring compliance with NHS England''s Clinical Safety Management System (CSMS) and standards DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.Key Responsibilities:Act as clinical signatory on Clinical Safety Case Reports (CSCR)Conduct risk identification and assessments across the product life cycleDefine Safety Assurance Levels (SAL) and support hazard workshopsAdvise on safe clinical design and lead incident reviewsEssential Experience:5+ years as a Clinical Safety OfficerStrong NHS/healthcare delivery backgroundProven experience with DCB 0129 andamp; 0160 complianceComfortable operating in agile, client-facing environmentsExcellent communication and documentation skills
