Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment of staff up to management level within the UK business. Act as a liaison with external agencies and bodies, ensuring internal compliance, performance, and cost criteria are met. Support and direct Managers in the delivery of Performance Management and Capability procedures. Advise on legislation, policy, risk, and best practice. Support and direct Managers in the delivery of disciplinary and attendance management processes, advising and acting as liaison with Occupational Health service providers. Develop, implement, and review employment policies, incorporating changes in legislation, business need, and best practice. Compile and manage key HR metrics such as attendance, retention, skills management, and talent development, providing meaningful information to stakeholders. Develop and deliver effective training materials associated with local policies or initiatives. Act as a key contact in the development and improvement of company HR administration processes, including Pensions, Private Health Insurance, and company car administration.
