With plans to expand the business further this has presented an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the Management Trainee programme in their growing North London team. The Role of Management Trainee / Sales Executive Drive your own development forward through engagement with the training programme and pro-active self learning. Assist in the analysis of business performance and the levers of improvement. Work with the Centre Manager to build and deliver an aggressive growth plan for key markets. Grow customer account base via targeted cold and warm, call and visit activity.Assisting customers at the Centre with sales, queries and after sales service.Attend sales and product training sessions delivered via our in-house training academy (A mixture of; E-learning, live webinars and in-person sessions delivered in Banbury - Oxfordshire). Support the administration required to keep the business operating within the standards set by our client.
