We require a painter at Lewisham Hospital.Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably within a main contractor environment
• Strong understanding of painting techniques and surface preparation
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a contract setting

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
• Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings to various surfaces to meet project specifications
• Ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes and safety standards
• Collaborate with site teams and project managers to coordinate works effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
