Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a regional portfolio of laboratory and industrial clients
- Drive new business across pharma, biotech, research, and manufacturing laboratories
- Engage with laboratory managers, scientists, QA and QC, and procurement teams
- Sell laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and technical solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within laboratory equipment or scientific solutions
- Background in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or consumables
- Strong understanding of laboratory environments including pharma, biotech, and research
- Track record of winning new business and managing key accounts
- Confidence engaging with both technical users and commercial stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with experience managing a territory
