Engineering Administrator Edinburgh Spire Murrayfield Part Time-22.5 hours per week Spire Murrayfield Hospital is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the engineering service within the hospital. This is a Part-time basis 22.5 hours Duties and responsibilities: - To Ensure that all documentation required for the Engineering audit is up to date and filled in the correct location.- To ensure that all HS21 contractor documentation is up to date and signed off by the Facilities Manager and filled correctly - including upload to the CMMS system.- Support the facilities Manager in ensuring all Facilities policies are up to date with the relevant information in.- Ensure all relevant information is uploaded onto Pirana.- Ensure all facilities trackers are kept up to date.- Supporting the Equipment coordinator on when not on site to ensure the upkeep on the medical equipment.- To record and schedule all new equipment and services for planned maintenance on the network CMMS.
