Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Tonbridge Location: Tonbridge, KentSalary: £16.11 per hourHours: 7:00am 7:00pmShift Pattern: 4 on, 3 off or 5 on, 2 offOvertime: Paid after 48 hoursWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our site in Tonbridge.We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong mechanical background. Electrical knowledge and experience would be beneficial, but the primary focus of the role will be mechanical maintenance, fault-finding and repair.The Role Working as part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment and machinery remain operational and reliable.Key responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenanceDiagnosing and repairing mechanical faultsFault-finding and maintaining machinery and equipmentResponding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs efficientlySupporting general engineering and maintenance activities across the siteEnsuring all work is completed safely and to the required standardWorking effectively both independently and as part of the wider engineering team About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Proven experience in a mechanical engineering or maintenance environmentStrong mechanical fault-finding and repair skillsA practical, hands-on approach to engineeringThe ability to diagnose problems and carry out effective repairsGood communication and ..... full job details .....
