What we''re looking for: A minimum of 1 year''s experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach. Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.
