Marketing Operations Manager/12 Month FTC/£50,000/Hybrid/London A Digital Media Organisation is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and enjoys solving data challenges while delivering impactful insights. You will take ownership of the marketing data ecosystem, working closely with the Marketing Operations Executive to analyse and report on key metrics across sales and customer journeys. Your insights will support data-informed decision-making, driving performance and scalable growth across multiple divisions. This position requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.
