What''s the role?To ensuring that equipment, machinery, and systems operate effectively and efficiently in the manufacturing and commercial environment. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical and other technical issues, as well as performing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform repairs on a wide range of equipment, including Vacuum plants, Oil processing equipment, FLTs, Compressed air systems, Lighting and production machinery. Conduct emergency repairs to minimise production downtime. Execute routine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment and legal compliance. Inspect equipment and systems regularly for signs of wear or malfunction. Install new equipment and systems according to technical manuals and safety guidelines. Assist with upgrading or retrofitting existing equipment to improve performance or meet new operational needs. ..... full job details .....
