This is a hands-on role for someone with strong electrical fault-finding abilities and a proactive approach to equipment reliability and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring machinery uptime, reducing downtime, supporting TPM initiatives and driving a "prevent it before it breaks" maintenance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on manufacturing equipment.Conduct CNC and PLC fault finding and repairs.Support the site''s Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme.Assist in developing and implementing preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.Undertake Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys ..... full job details .....
