Resident Liaison Officer - Fire Safety ProjectLocation: Surrey (Site Based)Contract: Initial 12-Month ContractSalary: 22.00 - 24.00phr umbrella I am currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a major fire safety project being delivered in Surrey.This is a site-based role working closely with residents, contractors, and project teams to ensure clear communication and excellent customer service throughout planned fire safety works.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the projectProvide clear and regular communication regarding planned fire safety worksArrange access appointments and manage resident queries or concernsSupport vulnerable residents and ensure minimal disruption during worksMaintain accurate records, reports, and resident communicationsLiaise closely with site teams, contractors, and council representativesEnsure a high standard of customer care is maintained at all timesComplaints handlingRequirements:Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing, construction, or planned worksExperience working on fire safety projects is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage challenging situations professionally and empatheticallyFull UK Driving LicenceOwn vehicle essentialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with an established team and make a genuine impact within the local community.
