This is a key role overseeing the investigation, management, and resolution of damp, mould, and condensation cases across occupied residential properties.You will play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and meet housing standards, while delivering a high-quality service to residents. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise damp, mould, and condensation cases from inspection through to completionCarry out site inspections and diagnose causes of damp and mouldOversee contractors and ensure works are completed to specification, on time, and within budgetEnsure all works comply with health and safety regulations and housing legislationLiaise with residents, providing clear communication and managing expectationsWork closely with housing officers, asset management teams, and contractorsMonitor KPIs, track progress, and ensure accurate record keepingSupport disrepair and environmental health cases where required Essential RequirementsProven experience in a Damp and Mould / Disrepair / Building Maintenance supervisory roleStrong background within social housing (local authority or housing association)Sound technical knowledge of damp, mould, condensation, and building pathologyExperience supervising contractors and managing works o
