The role primarily covers Borehamwood and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving Damp and Mould Issues.Key Responsibilities:Carry out thorough inspections of residents homes to identify the sign of damp, mould, condensation and associated structural issues Diagnose root causes such as leaks, poor ventilation or rising damp and recommend appropriate remedial actions Complete damp and mould treatment works such as washing, treating and sealing affected surfaces Apply specialist mould treatments, fungicidal washes, paints or coatings following safety and manufacturer guidelines Ensure all works meets health, safety and quality standards.
