The successful candidate will assist with the planning and implementation of all marketing activities, both online and offline, to create awareness , ultimately driving sales. our client builds developments across Birmingham, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes, with an initial focus on Milton Keynes.Responsibilities:- Assist with the coordination and production of all marketing materials, including brochures, signage, online and offline advertising, and other sales promotion activities.- Proofread marketing and sales collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group brand guidelines.- Organize and coordinate sales launches, corporate and community events, and ad-hoc charity events .- Organize estate signage and landscaping to ensure developments are well presented at all times.- Liaise with BGIT and sales teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is displayed on its web pages.- Ensure property portal content is accurate and up-to-date.- Plan bi-weekly development EDM campaigns for sales launches, events, and development phases to be distributed to the sales database.- Plan and track targeted digital campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager.- Assist in accurately reporting and monitoring all online and offline
