Learning Support Assistants - Camden Primary SchoolsTradewind Education is working with outstanding primary schools across Camden to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with a passion for arts, drama, and creative learning. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to combine their love of the arts with supporting children''s learning and development, including those with SEN.Responsibilities

Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN, ensuring they access the curriculum fully.Assist with arts, drama, and creative projects, bringing lessons to life and inspiring creativity.Work 1:1 or in small groups, helping children build confidence, social skills, and resilience.Support teachers with planning and delivering differentiated activities, including creative interventions.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all children feel supported.What Tradewind Education is looking for
