Stifford Clays Primary School is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a named child within our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time position, and the hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 11:30am.
Responsibilities
be experienced in working with nursery-aged pupils and have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
have a strong and caring personality and is calm, patient and firm
committed to achievement for all
have good organisation and communication skills
able to contribute to a stimulating, purposeful learning environment.
have experience of working with children with additional needs

About the SchoolStifford Clays Primary School is a community-focused school for 2 to 11 year olds, located centrally in the Stifford Clays ward of Thurrock. The school has grown to accommodate 90 children in each year group and has a resource base provision for children with autism. The school is an Ofsted ''Good'' school (2022) with strong commitments to student and staff development.
