This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a broad HR remit within a supportive and people-focused organisation. The Role This is a standalone HR position, supported by a Gloucester-based HR Business Partner who is on site one day per week, together with a wider HR team based in Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the site, providing practical HR advice and helping to drive a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities will include: Providing advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development and organisational design Leading all aspects of recruitment for the site Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, career development and offboarding Driving employee engagement, retention and recognition initiatives Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures Advising managers on attendance, capability, disciplinary and grievance matters Ensuring HR processes are managed in line with employment legislation and best practice Supporting the delivery and monitoring of HR metrics and reporting Ensuring HR documentation and employee records are accurate and up to ..... full job details .....
