A great opportunity for a developing or experienced HR professional with at least one year''s advisory experience to join an established and reputable consultancy business. As the successful candidate, you will advise clients on their people function, predominantly by phone and email, ensuring that advice and approaches are fair and compliant with UK employment law. You will provide tailored solutions to clients'' people challenges across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, reward and retention.
