Adecco are recruiting on behalf of the London Borough of Ealing for an experienced Project Manager to join the Innovation and Change team within Children''s Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver impactful transformation projects that improve outcomes for children, young people, families, and local communities. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and residents to design and deliver effective solutions that support the council''s strategic objectives. Contract Details: Type: Temporary initially for 3 months Pay: £26.88 per hour (PAYE) / £35.18 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Perceval House, Ealing Working Arrangements: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Hours: 35 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver change, transformation, service improvement, and social innovation projects across Children''s Services. Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle using agile methodologies and project management best practice. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities with internal and external partners.
