As a Personal Assistant you will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to Directors in a department. This temporary position requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Client DetailsA leading global broadcaster and digital media organisation known for its high editorial standards, diverse programming, and significant cultural influence across news, entertainment, and education.DescriptionManage diaries and coordinate schedules for Directors.Organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and letters.Maintain accurate records and filing systems.Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.ProfileA successful Personal Assistant should have: Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant within the Media industry.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in standard office software and tools.The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.Job OfferAn hourly rate of 16.00 to 22.00, depending on experience.Temporary position with the potential for flexibility.A professional and structured environment in Central London.
