Operating as part of a prestigious international group, they supply specialist industrial solutions to blue-chip global clients across multiple engineering sectors. Due to business expansion, they are seeking to appoint an interim Customer Service and Customs Specialist based at their Huddersfield facility. The role will initially run for a minimum of 12 months, with potential long-term prospects. The successful candidate will provide critical B2B customer support, manage the end-to-end UK import/customs declaration process, and oversee customer digital procurement portals. You will act as a pivotal operational link between UK clients, international distributor networks, and central European group headquarters. KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: B2B Order and Account Administration: Execute the full customer order lifecycle in SAP handling customer order entry, price verification, credit checks, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoicing, and sample requests.
