They are currently looking for a skilled Junior Sales Administrator to support their sales team. The Role - Junior Sales Administrator: - Handle incoming calls from customers and enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner. - Manage all enquiries and quotations in the company s systems to ensure all sales data is logged accurately. - Prepare, process and issue quotations accurately and promptly, ensuring customers are informed of timelines or any potential delays. - Use initiative to contact customers to follow up orders, quotes and outstanding purchase orders. - Provide general administrative support within the branch as and when required. - Support the Internal Sales Manager in generating and following up on quotes, purchase orders and customer communications. - Ability to prioritise administrative tasks and duties related to sales to ensure timely completion. - Take on any other responsibilities delegated to you by the company to support the business needs and objectives. - Create and manage job records, making sure all documentation and purchase orders are correctly processed.
