Bachelor''s degree in a relevant business function or significant experience (5+ years) in a related field. Comprehensive understanding of Mars reporting and analytics solutions, including SAP BW, Azure data lake, and Power BI (2+ years). Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, building Excel PivotTables, and identifying trends to support data-driven decisions. Experience in data quality and cleansing, with a solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 data models. General knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules. Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with digital reporting systems
