As a vital part of this team, you’ll learn from experienced professionals while playing a hands-on role in driving business development efforts. We’re looking for a Business Development representative in the early stage of their sales career — with 2–3 years’ experience in technical sales — who’s looking to build deeper commercial and consultative selling skills. This is a hands-on learning opportunity — perfect for someone looking to move beyond lead gen or inside sales into a more strategic, consultative role in high-growth industries — all while being supported by a collaborative and experienced sales team.Responsibilities

Support the sales pipeline by reaching out to new and existing clients in growth industries like Energy and the Public SectorAssist in preparing client materials and proposals, working closely with senior team members to craft compelling pitchesHelp coordinate and carry out outreach activities to build strong relationships with prospectsLearn to communicate Endava’s value proposition, with guidance and mentorship from experienced sales and delivery leadsMaintain and update a list of target accounts, helping to define key client profiles and sales strategiesStay on top of industry trends and pain points, using that knowledge to support conversations and client-facing materialsJoin meetings and discussions with clients and industry professionals to gain experience and contribute to relationship-building effortsAttend external industry events to expand your understanding of the market and connect with potential clientsSupport sales and marketing alignment by reviewing lead lists, researching prospects, and helping prioritise outreachThis role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who’s ready to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive and ambitious environment.
