This company is a highly successful contractor and is well known for their expertise in the field of refurbishment projects up to 5m in primarily in London and the South East. They are looking to expand their commercial function, which is currently supported by a full order book. They are looking to recruit an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for all financial matters who is reporting to a Senior QS. Sectors are within the education, public buildings and social housing with typical values being 1m / 2m. They expect the candidate to ideally have a quantity surveying degree, have at least 3 years experience and come from a contracting background.
