Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of two years'' experience to develop their commercial career within a supportive and professional environment.Working alongside experienced commercial colleagues, you will assist with the financial and contractual management of construction projects, gaining exposure to the full commercial lifecycle. Experience with NEC forms of contract is important, and the successful candidate will have a good understanding of commercial processes and a desire to progress.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the commercial management of construction projects from inception through to final account.Support the preparation, submission and agreement of applications for payment.Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.Monitor project costs, expenditure and financial performance, highlighting potential risks or variances.Help manage subcontractor procurement, orders, payments and final accounts.Assist with the assessment ..... full job details .....
